Delivery

All prices quoted for any product includes FREE postage and packing or carriage to the customers address anywhere in mainland UK. This FREE service extends to installation by one of our trained technicians in the customers home for all complete waterbed orders, unless otherwise specified.

A Shipping service is available for outside the UK mainland and charges vary.  The installation service may also be extended subject to a supplementary fee being charged.  Contact us for further information.


Returns

You can return goods you have ordered from us if you are not totally satisfied provided the product has not be used and the product has not been made or customised specially for you.

It is your responsibility to return any such items in its original, saleable condition and in the original box and/or packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Refunds may take up to 31 days after return of the goods.

Please contact us within 14 days of recieving the goods to request a refund.
